We try and get everything right but sometimes things just aren’t right. That’s fine though, we have a simple procedure to get you the right product that’ll make you 100% happy. FBC has a hassle free 30 days return policy for you to either exchange or refund an item provided that:

• It has not been used
• Still has the labels and tags intact
• All packaging is in new condition
• Not broken, damaged or busted.

*Items sent from abroad MUST be sent with a value of no more then £5 stated on shipment AND must be marked as a sample. We will not accept the parcel otherwise.
